Details: Singoalla is a romantic story out of the Middle Ages, permeated with a poetic nature-mysticism, about the tragic love between a knight and a gypsy girl. It was written in 1858 by Viktor Rydberg, who was described as Sweden's last Romantic and was generally regarded in the first rank of Swedish novelists.
