By browsing our site, placing an order, or earning Bookpoints, you agree to the following terms. So grab a cup of tea (or a snack), have a read, and let's stay on the same page.

1. Overview

Bookabaloo is an Australian-owned online bookstore offering U.S.-based fulfillment via Ingram Content Group. We offer access to a massive range of titles, with fast delivery across the U.S. Our unique rewards program — Bookpoints — gives you points with every purchase that you can redeem for more books.

2. Using Our Website

You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully — no funny business like hacking, spamming, or copyright infringement. We reserve the right to block access to anyone abusing the vibe.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on Bookabaloo — including product listings, graphics, text, logos, and site design — belongs to us. Don’t copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission. Respect the indie hustle!

4. Order Fulfillment

All orders are processed and shipped via Ingram Content Group. Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days within the U.S. We do not currently offer international shipping.

5. Returns & Refunds

We happily replace or refund damaged, defective, or incorrect items, however, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. See our Returns Policy for full details.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payments are securely processed via Shopify’s trusted gateways. Bookpoints can be applied as partial discounts per redemption rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

We aim to run a smooth, secure bookstore — but we’re not responsible for indirect losses, tech glitches, or delays outside our control. Use of the site is at your own risk (but let’s be honest, it’s pretty low-risk buying books).

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Spoiler: we don’t sell your info.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always live here. By continuing to use our site, you’re agreeing to the updated terms.

11. Bookpoints Rewards Program

Welcome to the Bookpoints Loop: Buy Books. Earn Points. Get More Books. Repeat.

11.1 Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Open to anyone 16+ with a valid email address.
  • Free to join — no subscription required.
  • Unsubscribing from program emails may limit your ability to receive rewards updates.

11.2 Earning Points

  • Earn 5 points for every $1 USD spent (excluding tax/shipping/discounts).
  • New members receive 100 bonus points on their first order.
  • Look out for bonus point promotions, referral bonuses, and more.

11.3 Redeeming Points

  • Redeem 500 points = $5 off your next book order.
  • Points can't be exchanged for cash or transferred.
  • Redemptions may be limited to eligible products and promotions.

11.4 Changes to the Program

  • Bookabaloo may update, pause, or end the program at any time.
  • Any unused points at the time of program closure will be forfeited.

11.5 Managing Your Account

  • Keep your email and details up to date — it’s your ticket to Bookpoints joy.
  • We’re not responsible for lost points due to account misuse or inaccurate info.
