Shipping policy
All orders fromΒ Bookabaloo are shipped from the United States. We ship both domestically and internationally.
π¦ Fulfilment Partner
We use Ingram Content Group as our trusted fulfilment partner. Orders are shipped directly from their U.S. facilities.
π Processing & Shipping Times
- Order processing time: 1 day including weekends.
- Estimated domestic delivery time: 2β5 business days from the shipping date for Standard and 2-14 days for Economy.
- Estimated international delivery time: see the International Shipping section below.
That means that if you place an order between 1pm Friday to 5 pm Sunday, we will process your order over the weekend, which means we get your order ready for delivery; however, it will not be collected for delivery by our shipping partners until 9 am Monday at the earliest. Once your order is ready for our shipping partner and they have accepted the item for shipping, we will email you a tracking number if your shipping option includes tracking.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Once the package has been collected by the carrier, we have no control over the speed or the service they provide.
π΅ Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order. We have tracked and untracked delivery options. Selecting the economy untracked option is entirely at the customer's risk, and there is no recourse if the delivery goes missing.Β
β¨ International Shipping (outside the USA)
We offer a number of different shipping options internationally depending on the location. Only the International Courier Trackable includes tracking and insurance. If a package is missing, unfortunately, there is little that can be done and we do not offer refunds, the buyer selects this option at their own risk.

Orders placed during this window will be shipped using the most economical method, which may not include tracking or insurance and is at the purchaser's risk. If the purchaser would prefer to have their order tracked and insured, please select a more appropriate delivery option.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
