At Bookabaloo, we want you to love your books. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

📕 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at info@bookabaloo.com and include:

  • Your order number

We will provide a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate at no cost to the customer (Free).

📘 Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong book or edition, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item or issue a full refund at no cost to the customer (Free).

The artwork or cover on the product page may not reflect the final book you receive; this is only an indication. Our supplier may, at any time without warning, change the cover art or source the title from a different publisher. If you require a specific cover or publisher, please reach out to us to ensure we can acquire the correct version.

📗 Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

💳 Refunds

Once a return or issue is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
