Bookabaloo Book Club Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Bookabaloo Book Club Affiliate Program (“the Program”). By joining and participating, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You agree to provide accurate contact and payment details and keep them up to date.
2. Commissions & Payouts
- You earn commission on qualifying sales referred via your unique Book Club page, according to the commission structure published in your affiliate account.
- Payouts are made monthly.
- All payments are processed via Simple Affiliates (the software provider for our affiliate program).
- We only pay to the bank account listed in your Simple Affiliates account. No payments will be made via PayPal, vouchers, cash, crypto, or any other method.
- You are responsible for ensuring your bank details are complete and correct. Bookabaloo is not liable for delays or failed payments caused by inaccurate details.
- Commission rates, attribution windows, and payout thresholds may change at Bookabaloo’s discretion, with reasonable notice.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promote Bookabaloo in good faith and in line with community guidelines.
- No misleading claims, spam, deceptive practices, or activities that violate laws or platform policies.
- Disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with applicable advertising and consumer laws (e.g., FTC guidelines).
4. Program Changes
- Bookabaloo may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time.
- Changes will be communicated via email and/or your affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
5. Termination
- Bookabaloo may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, with or without cause.
- If we terminate your account, commissions accrued up to the date of termination will be paid in the next payout cycle (subject to standard verification and thresholds).
- Grounds for termination include, without limitation: fraud, misuse of links, harmful or offensive content, infringement, or conduct inconsistent with the Bookabaloo brand.
6. Intellectual Property
- You may use Bookabaloo trademarks and promotional materials solely to participate in the Program.
- Do not alter our branding, imply endorsement beyond the Program, or use our IP in a misleading way.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Bookabaloo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
- Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the total commissions owed at the time of any claim.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
- Courts of Queensland, Australia have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
